I have a Masters in Psychology, am a licensed therapist, business owner, published author, mom of two, and a wife. I understand the pressures our busy, success-oriented culture puts on us and our relationships with the people that matter to us most.

So many things about our modern world make things more convenient, faster, easier, more comfortable. And yet, is it just me, or is life getting harder and more complicated?
We’re all running around stressed out, sleep deprived and wondering if we’re doing it wrong.
We run households. We run businesses. We grow families. We build community.
The things we’ve dreamed of are coming true. Shouldn’t we be enjoying it more?
Today, we demand more of our marriages and our partners than ever before--and nearly half of marriages end in divorce.
70% of couples are unhappy in their marriages in the first 3 years after they have a baby and close to 20% of mothers experience postpartum depression or anxiety.
And though we women have come a long way since second-wave feminism, the juggling act women face between excelling at work, earning more money, being perfect parents, building lasting marriages and healthy homes, and nurturing a rich personal life all at the same time still feels impossible.
And, to top it off, Americans spend close to $190 billion dollars a year on stress-induced health problems due to workplace stress alone.
